In Kemmerer for a week and ate at, "Jail Cell Mexican" twice. Chicken enchiladas suizas the first time and skirt steak the second time. Drop Jail Cell into any Texas community and it would be a popular, thriving, mom and pop, local institution. You'll definitely walk out of this restaurant glad that you ordered their version of your favorite Tex-Mex go-to entree. Easy to recommend.

Small and a bit run down but the food was decent. Bathrooms are a bit gross.

The tacos were excellent! I also liked the sopapillas.

This is the best south of the border food I have had in Wyoming! Who would have thought it would be in Kemmerer Wyoming! Excellent food, excellent service and great prices!

As a general rule with Tex-mex, the dumpier the building, the better the food. This place looks terrible :)

This place is delicious! My brother's and I go out and fish the Green River 2-3 times a year and we always eat here when we come. The food is fresh and very quick. I'm usually nervous when food comes out that fast, but this place has never disappointed. I always get the chicken burrito. The food is fresh and amazing! If you ever come to Kemmerer, Wyoming you have to eat here!

We’ve been to Mexican restaurants all over the US at this point because my husband and I have been traveling cross country. The delicious food at this restaurant was THE BEST we’ve had — we’re talking New Mexico and Texas couldn’t beat this restaurant. Thank you El Jaliciense of Wyoming!!!! Good food. Went at lunch and the wait was rather long. Prices were reasonable. Wait staff was good. Great taco salad.

A gem in grungy Kemmerrer. Our #1 stop for good Mexican, and good burgers when we're passing through.

Great tacos, free chips and salsa. Muy rico. Locals can't pronounce Jaliciense (Hally-see-en-say) so they call it LJs

Great food. Although I won't revisit places that you can smell the mold and germs from recently wiped tables due to poor sanitation habits.

¡Muy auténtico! Muy amable. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The town cop and the county sheriff had a table in front of us. The locals have discovered good, cheap Mexican food.

I initially rated it a 1 star a year ago after I went home not feeling good, but recently the past 3 times I went there, its been amazing, great service, great food!
